  Yes, travel insurance is compulsory to participate in this trip. It requires a minimum coverage of USD 200,000 for medical, repatriation, and emergency rescue.

  It is customary in Asia to tip service providers at approximately 10%. Recommendations for tipping drivers and local guides range from $1.5-$3.5 USD per person per day. For the tour CEO, a guideline of $20-25 USD per person per week is suggested.

  Inoculations may be required, so it is your responsibility to consult with your travel doctor well before departure. It's recommended to carry a First Aid kit, hand sanitizers, and any personal medical requirements. Our CEOs are prohibited from administering any type of drug.

  The local currencies you will use are the Thai Baht, US Dollar, and Cambodian Riel. The best way to carry money is with debit cards for ATM withdrawals (Visa and Mastercard networks), and USD cash (new, good condition notes) for emergency situations or when ATMs are not accessible. Travellers cheques are not recommended as a primary source of funds.

• Who will be leading the group during the tour?

  A CEO (Chief Experience Officer) will lead the group throughout the tour, supported by local guides.

• Are there laundry facilities available during the trip?

  Laundry facilities are offered by some of our hotels for a charge. It is suggested to bring non-polluting/biodegradable soap if you may need to do your own laundry.

• What general safety tips should I keep in mind while on the tour?

  It's recommended to use a neck wallet or money belt for valuables, leave valuable jewelry at home, use hotel safety deposit boxes, and lock luggage. When in cities at night, stay in small groups and take taxis. Avoid protests and demonstrations. For water-based activities, only participate when accompanied by a guide, and swimming is always at your own risk.

• What are the joining instructions upon arrival in Phnom Penh?

  Upon arrival, refer to your tour voucher, G Account, or the tour operator App for details of your joining hotel. Look for a note or bulletin board in the reception with details of your Welcome Meeting on day 1 (usually between 5pm and 7pm). If you are arriving later, your CEO will leave a note at reception for you with any necessary information.
